Off-Roading Battle: 2021 Jeep Gladiator vs 2021 Honda Ridgeline

May 24,2022

If you are in the market for an off-roading truck, then you need to set your sights on the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Compared to the 2021 Honda Ridgeline - which is more of a city pickup - this SUV can traverse just about any type of terrain with ease. Plus, you can find various trim levels right here at O'Connor Chrysler in BC.   The first thing to note about the Jeep Gladiator is that every version is geared to handle the rough outdoors. They each come with the Command-Trac part-time shift-on-the-fly 4x4 drivetrain that provides you with a good experience on urban streets and on the trails. Underbody skid plates are also standard and protect the transfer case, fuel tank, and transmission from rock damage. Other elements include Dana axles (M210 in the front and M220 in the back), shock absorbers, dual stabilizer bars, and three tow hooks.   Meanwhile, the Honda Ridgeline is not offered in an off-roading trim. It does come with AWD, but none of the other aforementioned features are equipped on this particular truck. Even the Utility Package only comes with roof rails and running boards.   Contact our experts today to schedule an appointment in a Jeep Gladiator or inquire about our current stock!
